Dear Mark,

Thank you and your crew so much for the safe and efficient service during our move from Brooklyn, NY, to Granville, Ohio, on Feb. 14, 2009.

The crew arrived at our house the day before the move to wrap all the furniture for loading in our four bedroom house. We wish we had been as efficient as they were!
They arrived on time Saturday am to load the truck. Thanks to our friends, we were able to get all the last-minute packing done.

The truck left at 2pm, and we had time to change clothes and make our afternoon flight to Ohio.

At 8am on Monday, right on schedule, the truck arrived at our new home in Ohio, ready to unload. Because they had packed everything, the crew remembered where it had come from, and were able to prompt us when we were puzzled by the identity of the wrapped and padded pieces. "This is from the master bedroom," or "This was in the living room," they'd say, helping us to direct them to the new location of the piece.

I had heard many horror stories from my friends who had hired big companies for interstate moves. I can only say how lucky we were to find your company. Your system--one load per truck, and one crew for each end of the move--really works.

Please convey our gratitude to your staff for their good natured and efficient help. We wish you all the best for many more successful moves.
